I WANNA KNOW is an opinion of mine, Dina J. Padilla, in relationship to first hand experiences, witnessing & talking with injured workers & patients. This is a culmination of medical issues that reach far deep & wide with injured workers & patients since 1986.

I WANNA KNOW from the medical community at large in the U.S. & CA. about modern day medicine abuses?

Today, these are questions for the modern day medical community.

For the modern medical community at large, both in the United States of America and the state of California.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I would like to ask the medical community, why are patients given general & dire diagnosis's without testing such as biopsies, x-ray's. MRI's MRA's. blood test tests....etc to determine the real medical problems of the patients?
Why do you not well inform a patient as to what their diagnosis really is and why are you all so willing to just give medications without explanations to or for the ill side effects?
This applies to vaccines as well.
Is medicine only about Rx'ing (prescribing) medications that do more harm than good?
Do you profit off of these medications that Rx to your patients?

I would also like to know why medical abuse is performed on injured workers and patients without any recourse to or in the law enforcement or justice system and or why "our" attorneys for comp refuse to report intentional medical abuse among other abuses to the authorities and or why judges do not report the same?

Why do unions not report any medical malfeasance on behalf of their injured union members?. More about this two professions & others at another time?

I would like to know why law enforcement refuses to file any/all intentional or otherwise medical criminal charges on any doctor, nurse, diagnostic technicians, physical therapist or any other medical staff that does more than just medical harm, such as intentional harm TO help cove up cover up the real medical diagnosis's, all to save the insurance companies money while these same medical staff who charge and or bill for medical treatment & medical procedures" that are either under reported or used for something other than true diagnosing and all the while for really raking in many BILLIONS of dollars, EVERY YEAR, just in California alone?

Isn't this patient's premium and tax money that support you all in these efforts IS just to suppress what a patient really needs, thus putting more money into your own pockets?

Is it far more lucrative for these same medical personnel to make money intentionally or otherwise doing the wrong medical actions VS what they should be doing for injured workers and patients?

Is money NOW the only incentive to harm injured workers and or patients?

Is this why you chose the medical field? To just make money by denying treatment and lying about patients real medical diagnosis's & aiding & abetting in the "doctoring' up OF patient's medical charts so you get the ongoing intake of money instead and that patient's health & lives are not worth anything?

Is money worth more to you than the patients you swore to help heal?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is this the reason you chose to enter the medical field? To just earn money, to profit off of the harm you do to patients when they come to you for help and when they trust you because you are in the medical (healing) profession or do you just look at the injured workers/patients as your own PERSONAL ATM banking machine?

Is there no end as to how much harm you will do to a patient, all for the sake of money?
Do you believe in "soft kill", otherwise known as euthanasia?
Do you have any connections to these same corporations, you work for or with or own, that have dead man, key man, peasant, life insurance policies on their employee that go into these CEO's retirement plan?
Do you receive OR collect any of the premium, medicine or insurance money when the patients lives and then dies?
What do you do with this money from insurance premiums and dead man policies.
Who all besides you in the medical community profits in the lack of real medical care and or life insurance money.
Is the money redirected into health care/ insurance plans for high end top investors like your selves via Wall St.?
Is this the recent past & current business profit model of the medical MBA's or has this been going on since the 1970's with enactment of Nixon's executive orders & mandates concerning health care, worker's compensation, social security, medicare & other tax paid public funds.. all for corporations to profit at all costs, regardless of how many lives are lost via the medical community

Do you really care about your patients and their well being and use all of your medical knowledge to help heal?

Do you know that the medical personnel during Hitler's reign of horror stated that they were only doing their jobs, following orders when they started with the" Final Solutions" with killing off the mentally ill, the elderly, the gays, the disabled?

Do you know HOW many of these medical issues are now effecting the American people who live and are in the United States? Does this effect people in other states and or other countries?
Do you know how many people were injured on the job & who are now disabled living on Social Security and Medicare and other public funded, paid for by their & other citizen's tax money?

Do you know what the Hippocratic oath really means, did you take the oath and do you honor the oath by FIRST DOING NO HARM at all times while doing patient care?

These are just some of the questions I WANNA KNOW about the medical community at large in the United States of America & the state of California.

Lastly, I WANNA KNOW, who deemed you GOD, to decide what kind of medical care to mete out and why you think that money is your GOD that you would do anything for it, including harming & killing patients in the oh so many ways that the general patient population isn't privy to?

9-7-2010 Opinion to the Chicago Tribune RE: A Dedication to the 9/11 employees, miners, gulf employees & industrial workers and workers everywhere! To the Tribune newspaper journalists, editors and its company and its subsidiaries, I read several Chicago newspapers everyday when I was first able to read and reading the Chicago Tribune was considered the #1 Paper in Chicago, a top drawer newspaper, not that the others weren't but the news coverage was more broad in content. I was born & grew up in a Polish Blue Collar neighborhood in Chicago near north side, in the 1950's & 60's, where finally workers were receiving respect on the job and life for all, with more opportunity, better wages. full health benefits and pensions. That was the promise of the American Dream.. and thousands of communities were teeming and prospering with the promise of the "AMERICAN DREAM". On the way in, were the days, were employers/bosses were actually starting to treat employees (like my parents & grandparents less than human) like human beings and not like chattel to be paid poorly, poor and unhealthy workplaces (factories were noted for abuse but so were many other corporations and companies) with a total lack of regard and now finally with dignity and respect! I worked for companies like Montgomery Wards, Wrigley, Sears, Life Insurance companies and St. George Hospital to name some. Some of these companies are gone because of corporate cannibalism, all for a few to live the very high on the hog and self appointed entitlement of the great life. Really, it's all about being a sociopath and narcissistic. I, along with millions was treated with not only respect but with safe & health work environments and where good work ethics and work experience was rewarded with awards, promotions and wage increases and now the opposite is true and we've been taken back to pre-civil war days where slavery and HMO health care (what workers are forced into now for medical benefits for working employees and medical care for injured workers) was the norm for slaves. History is repeating itself in the worst of times and workers are making less, exposed to the worst of the worst with out regulations and a direct result of deregulation and a complete lack of oversight, coupled with a complete breach of ethics and cronyism between government and corporations. The Gulf disaster was inevitable, wasn't it all because profit is the only motive for corporations bottom line? Add to the toxic mix, Superfund-brownfield sites, bio tech labs creating toxic molds, medicines, nanotechnology, gnomes,all for a few who will profit by investing via the Wall St. market but will harm and kill many? What is the responsibility of CEO's and middle management for any of their culpability. It certainly is not with law enforcement because it is not only a part of this but because they and the judicial branch are bias towards corporations with contributions made directly to them, to carry out the persecutions of the innocently injured made by the same corporations . I would like to know what happened in the interim from the 60's, to current where profit became the only motive and workers/employees lives have become totally unnecessary!. Who else benefits but the employers but also many attorneys and doctors who live off the maimed lives or dead bodies of workers? This has become a business of of astronomical proportions. where if it were not for injured workers, insurance companies and employers could not share in dead man , peasant and or key man policies that are funding CEO's pensions. How inhumane is that and what kind of corporate owners do we have, barbarians, where we have become so uncivilized, that workers are not considered humans and just an means to an end? So, was the "American Dream" just that, a dream that was deliberately turned into and evolved in to a never ending nightmare for employees? Now, the proof is where now a new reality program called the "Under Cover Bosses" becomes entertainment and a reality check for CEO's! Salmonella outbreak kills
LOOK at the bio labs in CA NEXT to UC's, especially in Davis area where bacteria & mold/fungi are made & spread on crops for feed for feeding animals & fruit for human beings.

Opinion to the Chicago Tribune A dedication to employees
RE: A Dedication to the 9/11 employees, miners, gulf employees & industrial workers and workers everywhere!
To the Tribune newspaper journalists, editors and its company and its subsidiaries,
I read several Chicago newspapers everyday when I was first able to read and reading the Chicago Tribune was considered the #1 Paper in Chicago, a top drawer newspaper, not that the others weren't but the news coverage was more broad in content.
I was born & grew up in a Polish Blue Collar neighborhood in Chicago near north side, in the 1950's & 60's, where finally workers were receiving respect on the job and life for all, with more opportunity, better wages. full health benefits and pensions. That was the promise of the American Dream.. and thousands of communities were teeming and prospering with the promise of the "AMERICAN DREAM".
On the way in, were the days, were employers/bosses were actually starting to treat employees (like my parents & grandparents less than human) like human beings and not like chattel to be paid poorly, poor and unhealthy workplaces (factories were noted for abuse but so were many other corporations and companies) with a total lack of regard and now finally with dignity and respect!
I worked for companies like Montgomery Wards, Wrigley, Sears, Life Insurance companies and St. George Hospital to name some. Some of these companies are gone because of corporate cannibalism, all for a few to live the very high on the hog and self appointed entitlement of the great life. Really, it's all about being a sociopath and narcissistic.
